Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Laser Service Engineer. The role involves handling installation, maintenance, and repair of laser cutting machines. The engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure optimal machine performance, along with conducting regular field service visits and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Delivering technical demonstrations and training to customers is also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving in industrial equipment.
• Experience in Field Service and on-site customer interaction.
• Strong Communication skills to explain technical information effectively to customers.
• Technical Support expertise, including diagnostics and issue resolution.
• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair of laser cutting and welding systems.
• Ability to work independently in field environments and travel as required.
• A degree or certification in Engineering or relevant technical field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, or industrial machinery is a plus.
