The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution CFA, CFP, or NISM certifications a plus
  • 17 - 18+ years of overall experience in financial services, with at least 10 -12 years in LAS, securities-backed lending, wealth management, or securities broking business development
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling LAS or allied secured lending businesses with measurable AUM/revenue outcomes.
  • Prior experience at an NBFC, private bank, HFC, or securities firm in a business development or product leadership role
