Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and continuous exploration of innovative approaches to enhance language understanding are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications and systems.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
• Ability to optimize model parameters to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
• Capability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
