Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and managing extensive datasets to ensure the models perform effectively. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals, continuously refining architectures to enhance performance, and overseeing the integration of these models into broader systems. Attention to detail and innovative thinking are essential to develop solutions that push the boundaries of natural language processing technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of language models into applications.
Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement.
Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance optimization strategies.
Ability to work with distributed computing environments and manage computational resources effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
