We are seeking a skilled Laptop Service Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in laptop repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and portable devices.
- Perform repairs and replacements of laptop components such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards.
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications as required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers both in-person and remotely.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed in the service management system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in laptop repair and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of laptop hardware components and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with software installation and configuration, including drivers and utilities.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
