Hiresquad Resources is urgently seeking Laptop and Desktop Support Engineers for an International Voice Process in Pune. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via voice for laptop and desktop-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding users through effective solutions.
• Assist with system configurations, connectivity issues, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

• Education:
• Undergraduates & Graduates are both eligible.
• Freshers: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc.CS, BE (results awaited also eligible) OR Graduates who have appeared for their final year exams are eligible.
• Experienced Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, or 1 year in a non-BPO role.
• Communication:Excellent English Communication is mandatory.
• Availability: Willingness to work in evening and night shifts with 2 split week offs.
