Landscaping Manager

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Plan and design landscaping projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Manage and oversee landscaping staff and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of landscaping designs and the need for maintenance.
• Budget management, including estimating project costs and monitoring expenses throughout project execution.
• Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
• Implement sustainable practices in landscaping, such as water conservation techniques and the use of native plants.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all landscaping activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in landscaping management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and landscaping techniques.
• Proficient in landscape design software and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
