Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Landscape Supervisor will oversee day-to-day landscape maintenance and management tasks, coordinate and guide the landscaping team, and ensure projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising irrigation systems, ensuring adherence to design plans, and monitoring the progress of landscape construction and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Landscape Project Management and Landscape Maintenance to oversee the care and upkeep of outdoor environments.
• Knowledge and experience in Irrigation and Landscape Construction for managing water systems and construction-related tasks.
• Proficiency in Landscape Design to interpret and implement design plans effectively.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and train a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
