Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Landscape Site Supervisor. The Landscape Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, including managing teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include supervising landscape maintenance, overseeing gardening and irrigation tasks, and collaborating on the implementation of landscape designs. The role requires regular interactions with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address requirements effectively.

QualificationsBSc or Di

ploma in Horticulture

• Proficiency in Landscape execution, Maintenance and Irrigation tasks
• Strong understanding of Landscape Design and Landscaping techniques
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and ensure proper execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
