Role Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Horticulturist who will lead the plant selection, design implementation, and maintenance practices that bring thriving landscapes to life. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about plants and sustainable landscape solutions.

- Plan, design, and implement horticultural layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Select appropriate plant species based on site conditions, client requirements, and environmental sustainability.

- Conduct soil analysis and recommend amendments to optimize plant health.
- Supervise planting, irrigation setup, and ongoing landscape maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant health and provide expert care, pest management, and pruning guidance.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and high standards.
- Document horticulture practices and update maintenance protocols as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- 1+ years of practical experience in landscape horticulture and plant care.
- Strong plant identification and soil management knowledge
- Ability to interpret landscape plans and implement designs.
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable) for site visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with irrigation systems and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Knowledge of local flora and climate-adapted plants.
- Certification in pest and disease management.
