Key Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape design projects from concept to execution, including site planning and detailing.
- Prepare masterplans, planting plans, construction drawings, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, contractors, and clients for project alignment.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical inputs during execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability practices.
- Manage project timelines, quality control, and design documentation.
- Oversee vendor coordination, material selection, and site supervision as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Strong design and visualization skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, GIS, etc.).
- Good understanding of native plants, soil, drainage, and climate-responsive design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
