Role Description The Landscape Architect will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, collaborating with design and project teams to create functional and aesthetically compelling landscapes for residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing landscape concepts, preparing detailed drawings and planting plans, coordinating site surveys, and producing presentations and documentation for client reviews. The role involves working with contractors and vendors during implementation, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and ensuring designs align with local climate, environmental considerations, and client requirements. The Landscape Architect will also participate in material selection, cost estimates, and project planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and studio best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Planning and Landscape Design to create site-responsive, functional layouts.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture to translate designs into buildable, well-coordinated projects.
• Candidates should possess the ability to develop detailed Planting Plans that reflect local conditions, maintenance needs, and aesthetic goals.
• Proficiency with design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and graphic presentation software.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of horticulture, site planning, irrigation basics, and sustainable landscape practices.
• Strong visual communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams, interact professionally with clients and contractors, and manage multiple projects.
