Landscape Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss projects and goals
• Putting together specifications
• Creating plans, designs and drawings of built and natural environments using AutoCAD
• Collaborating with engineers, architects related to the project.
• Analysing the land and its drainage and runoff
• Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues
• Advising on matters to do with environmental conservation
• Carrying out environmental impact assessments

Requirements:

·     Proven work experience as a Landscaping Architect or similar role

·     Good creative flair and imagination. The ability to respond well to feedback

·     Strong Knowledge in plant species.

·     Strong understanding of written and verbal specifications

·     Relevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect

·     Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp and 3ds Max.

·     Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)

·     Possess Strong Capabilities in Handling large scale residential.

·     Very Well versed with all required statutory norms.

·     Good Team Management capabilities.
