Position | Landscape Architect

Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced Landscape Architects to work with us on a diverse range of projects at both architectural and urban scales. This includes landscape design for waterfronts, streets, campuses, offices, residences, institutions, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detailed drawings in accordance with HCP's design philosophy and standards.
• Coordinate within the studio and with consultants, experts, and advisors to incorporate their inputs while maintaining the design intent.
• Participate in site visits to understand site conditions, review project progress, address landscape and horticulture-related issues, and ensure adherence to the design.
• Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and norms governing landscape design.
• Establish and adhere to project timelines.
• Assist in building and strengthening the landscape team at HCP.
• Participate in business development initiatives.

Education:

• Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

Experience:

• 13 years of experience in Landscape Design

Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong hand-sketching skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and MS Office.
• Strong graphical and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of landscaping trends, planting palettes, techniques, and technologies.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Effective time and priority management skills.

Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD.
