Education - Bachelor/ Master's degree in landscape architecture or a related field. (Must)
Must have Skills -
- Strong understanding of horticulture, plant materials, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Experience with landscape design software and other design tools, such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibility
- Conduct thorough site evaluation to understand the existing conditions, including topography, soil quality, climate, and plant life.
- Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape design concepts that align with the client's vision and objectives.
- Create detailed landscape plans that encompass elements such as hardscapes, planting schemes, irrigation, lighting, and sustainable features.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and preferences, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the design process.
- Present design proposals to clients and team members using visual aids, sketches, and digital design software.
- Integrate sustainable practices and eco-friendly solutions into landscape designs, promoting responsible land use and conservation.
- Assist in developing project budgets and ensure designs are within budget constraints and ensure landscape designs comply with local regulations and codes.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to execute landscape projects effectively.
- Provide support during the construction phase, addressing design-related issues and ensuring the project's alignment with the approved design.
