Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager located in Jagalur. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and negotiating land parcels for setting up Wind and Solar Power projects. Key responsibilities include conducting land acquisition planning, performing market research, analyzing data related to land parcel acquisition, managing internal and external land teams, review progress, achieveing land acquisition targets, resolving RoW issues, securing permits and approvals, and collaborating with internal teams to align with project requirements. The Land Acquisition Manager will also maintain relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, government officials, and project teams, to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Land acquisition Planning and understanding of local land regulations
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Market Research for decision-making
  • Experience in land acquisitions, resolving RoW issues including negotiation and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of renewable energy projects and related legal frameworks is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
