Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer position located in Kadayampatti. The Laborer will be responsible for supporting various production and operational tasks to maintain the smooth functioning of the manufacturing facility. Daily activities involve assisting in the assembly and manufacturing of electric vehicles, handling tools and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the role includes reporting any equipment issues, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working on production lines
- Proficiency in the use of basic tools and equipment
- Understanding of safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Basic organizational skills for inventory management and workspace upkeep
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and learning
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work is an asset but not required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
