Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 15-20 Service FSEs for efficient operations.
  • Oversee ticket closure for proactive and reactive merchant issues (device-related).
  • Handle logistics for both forward and reverse movement of devices (from Hub to FSE).
  • Manage skills and data for the team to enhance performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong service background in industries like DTH, Broadband, or Consumer Electronics.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of stock handling and inventory management.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.
