This is a full-time Laboratory Technician position, based on-site at Neuberg Diagnostics facility in Bengaluru. The Laboratory Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. Responsibilities include operating lab equipment, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The technician will also maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with other laboratory professionals to ensure efficient testing processes.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Experience in performing quality control checks and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret laboratory results accurately
• Competence in core laboratory skills and the ability to work as part of a team of laboratory technicians
• Certificate or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of CAP and NABL accreditation requirements is an advantage
• Familiarity with safety and compliance guidelines for laboratory operations
