Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lab Assistant. The Lab Assistant will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accuracy in sample preparation and analysis. Additional duties include recording data meticulously, assisting with research and development activities, and supporting the team with various laboratory tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Quality Control processes and the ability to follow standard procedures accurately
Experience with Laboratory Equipment and strong Laboratory Skills
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and findings effectively
Strong Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues effectively
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Agriculture, or related fields
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
Prior experience in a laboratory or quality control environment is an advantage
