An opportunity has arisen within our Clinical Laboratories for a Laboratory Support Secretary to join our team. The post holder will work closely with laboratory and clinical staff providing administration, clerical and secretarial support
Knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft software packages employed within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of laboratory functions from an administration perspective would be an advantage.
The role will provide secretarial support across the various work sections across the laboratory service e.g. taking minutes of meetings, assisting with audits, assisting senior staff with procurement of laboratory supplies
Based within the clinical laboratories at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, this post is full time 36hour contract. Hybrid working will be considered
