Caartel Music provides services to independent music artists in a subscription format. We render service and support in A&R, Music Marketing, Catalogue Development, Music distribution, Image Management, Content and Social, PR, Sync and Licensing, Design & 3D.

Our subscriptions & memberships are designed for artists to engage on a project basis. We do not sign any contract with the artists. We design the delivery of a subscription as per artist's genre, need, personality, TG and budget and help them stay independent, by giving them services of a label team.

Job Description:

You'll assist the label management team in executing smooth, timely, and creatively sharp releases. You will deal in label operations, catalog development, artist relations, music marketing. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to learn the ins-and-outs of independent music distribution and project coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cataloging, metadata management, and DSP deliveries
• Track deadlines, handle A&R operations and conduct artist coordinations
• Monitor streams, social metrics, and prepare weekly performance reports
• Help organise creative shoots, press kits, and rollout assets
• Maintain well-documented release folders and checklists
• Artist relations, outreach and scouting for new catalog development

Requirements:

• Highly organised with attention to details and dates
• Working knowledge of Sheets, Slides, Google Drive, Trello
• Passionate about music and artist development
• Based in Hyderabad with ability to join live events or content sessions
• Graduation in Management or mass communication or music production
• Hands on knowledge in DAW tools will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in speaking Telugu will be an added advantage
