Lab Techniques and Innovation in Consumer Product Science

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Scholastika for the Certificate Program in Lab Techniques and Innovation in Consumer Product Science. This role focuses on laboratory methods, formulation science, quality control, and regulatory compliance in consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

* Review laboratory techniques and formulation processes

* Develop and review instructional content and assessments

* Validate training materials and portfolio artifacts

* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

* Collaborate with product development and instructional teams

* Participate in regular project meetings

Requirements

* Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

* Strong R&D experience in consumer product science

* Knowledge of cosmetic and personal care regulations

* Hands-on experience with lab techniques and analytical methods

* Experience in instructional or training roles preferred
