Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as biology, chemistry, or medical technology)
- 1-8 years of experience working as a Lab Technician
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
