Job Description
We are looking for an Export Import Executive with experience in handling export/import documentation for international shipments, preferably in the Gems Jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare export/import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, AWB
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for shipment clearance
- Verify vendor invoices, freight bills, and shipment details
- Maintain records related to export/import shipments and payments
- Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Export/Import Documentation
- MS Excel and Tally/SAP knowledge
- Experience with CHA coordination and customs clearance
- Good communication and coordination skills
Industry Preference: Gems Jewelry / Diamonds / Export Industry
