Vardan is approved/Accredited by multi bosies such as NABL, MoEF, CBCB, FDA, Ministry of Ayush, FSSAI, CDSCO, BIS, QAI, GLP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Hiring Lab Incharge/Technical Manager (Environnental Laboratory Section)

The candidate must have minimum 8-12 years experience in Environmental Testing laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Incharge of Environmental Testing Laboratory, supervising a team of 20+ staff. Responsible for smooth

lab operations, timely and accurate analyses of Water, Wastewater, Air, Soil, and Solid Waste as per IS/CPCB

standards, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & NABL requirements.

• Lead Environmental Laboratory operations ensuring smooth workflow and timely analysis.

• Supervise sampling and analysis of Water, Wastewater, Air, Soil, and Solid Waste per IS/CPCB standards.

• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & NABL standards.

• Coordinate QA activities, audits, CAPA, and documentation for accreditation.

• Develop and implement SOPs, Quality Manuals, and QSPs.

• Train staff on ISO/NABL requirements and maintain instrument calibration (AAS, UV-VIS, Flame Photometer, etc.).

• Prepare Baseline Environmental Reports (BLER) and technical documents.

• Participate in PT/ILC programs to ensure analytical accuracy.

• Support client coordination, proposals, and business development.

• Foster continuous improvement and sustainable lab practices.

Qualifications

MSc. Chemistry, Env. Sci. Science / B.Tech/M.Tech Env. Engg or related field
