Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess the impact of proposed transactions and strategic initiatives.
Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and presentations to support decision-making by senior leadership.
Deal Execution & Integration
Coordinate transaction execution, collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Support post-merger integration activities, tracking performance and value realization from completed deals.
Capital Formation & Credit Analysis
Assess and optimize the company's credit profile to enhance access to capital and improve financing terms.
Evaluate various funding options (debt, equity, hybrid instruments), prepare credit analyses, and structure financing solutions in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and negotiations with external advisors, financial institutions, and potential partners.
Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to inform corporate strategy and operational improvements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related roles preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
