Job Description
Create technical specifications, write program specifications, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2
Collaborate with the team in delivering all necessary components
Perform code reviews, solve issues if any, and support in code red situations
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers in the team
