Role Summary
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of WAF solutions protecting enterprise web applications , web security and application protection services .
Skills & Responsibilities
- 8–12 years in Web/Application Security
- Design and deploy WAF solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Configure rules to mitigate OWASP Top 10, bot attacks, DDoS, API threats
- Perform deep traffic analysis and tuning to reduce false positives
- Troubleshoot complex application-layer security issues
- Integrate WAF with SIEM/SOC for centralized monitoring and response
- Support security audits and vulnerability remediation for web apps
- Provide L3 support for critical incident handling and escalations
Required
- Expertise in F5, Imperva, Cloudflare, AWS/Azure WAF
- Strong understanding of HTTP/S, APIs, web architectures
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure SDLC
- Experience in attack mitigation and traffic pattern analysis
