Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer (Contract) to design, develop, and modernize enterprise‑grade web applications. The role involves re‑architecting legacy UI systems into Angular‑based SPAs and working closely with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in regulated environments such as banking and fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure web applications using Angular (v10+)
- Re‑architect and modernize legacy UI applications into Angular‑based SPAs
- Participate in application migration initiatives (low‑code to Angular, legacy modernization)
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise backend systems
- Implement state management using RxJS and NgRx
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards
- Develop reusable components and enforce frontend coding standards
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross‑browser compatibility
- Write unit and integration test cases
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in Agile environments
- Support UAT and production stabilization during migration rollouts
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Angular (v10+)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Solid understanding of SPA architecture and component‑based design
- Experience with RxJS and reactive programming
- Strong experience integrating with RESTful services
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
