Job Description

Hands on experience in different firewalls like Cisco ASA (Mandatory), checkpoint, Juniper SRX, PalAlto, Fortigate ,)(Multiple Firewalls)
Depth knowledge of networks, operation troubleshooting and working closely with global customer accounts.
Skilled in planning & coordinating firewall installation, upgrade, moves, configuration & connections.
Customer Support/Managed Services Experience
Solid Communication Skills (Written/Verbal/Presentation).
Solid team player.
Ability to grasp complex design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
Ability to troubleshoot implementation problems during Implementation Operation Level.
Managed services background preferred.
CCNP/CCIE security certification added advantage
Fluency in soundness disciplines (availability, security, etc.) and operational disciplines (systems management, change management, etc.).
Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas. Assume complete ownership with regards to the engagement with client and stakeholders.
