Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in network design and maintenance, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure across multi-vendor environments.
- Perform network upgrades, firmware vulnerability assessments, automation, and lifecycle management for switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot switching technologies (VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, security features, AAA, DHCP, SNMP).
- Manage routing using static and dynamic protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), including redistribution and traffic policies.
- Configure and support firewall technologies (IPsec/GRE VPNs, NAT, security policies, IPS/IDS).
- Troubleshoot enterprise wireless, SDA, network segmentation, and NAC solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking with L3 support expertise.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls (Cisco/Fortinet), and wireless technologies.
- Proven network troubleshooting, documentation, and automation skills.
- Good communication skills with experience in team coordination or leadership.
- Active CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Additional Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
