L3 Engineer

• Salesforce experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of complex Salesforce issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and process guides.
• Assist with custom Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning components along with Visualforce development, and configuration of custom objects and fields.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times Provide technical guidance and leadership to L1 and L2 support engineers.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features
