In this opportunity as Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Consultant, Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus
About You:
- Designing and developing custom solutions using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Integrating the Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Writing and testing Apex code and unit tests to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management, Case Routing, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in Live agent webchats, Role-based permissions, Team collaboration systems, Community Cloud integration, Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
