Description

We are looking for an experienced L2L3 SW Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while providing technical support.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications for L2 and L3 support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in software development, preferably in L2/L3 support environments.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
