L2L3 SW Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced L2L3 SW Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications while providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for L2 and L3 support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in software development, preferably in L2/L3 support environments.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
