L2 Technical Support Engineer - PP & PS

Job description

• Delivering technical support to field team on various LV MV products and solutions
• On-site intervention for complex technical issues
• Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
• Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV MV domain
• Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, RD and global teams on technical subjects
• Product lifecycle management for LV MV products
• Key Technical Expert for identified accounts
• Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
• Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.
• Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.
• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain
• Field Experience on LV & MV products
