We are seeking an experienced L2 Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of systems and applications.
- Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficient in using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
