Job Description

Role:

  • Log accurately customer incidents, resolve complex enquiries and provide a high level of service
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies and methods of support delivery, in order to improve the solutions to users
  • Handle small software deployment projects

Requirements:

  • Experience with remote control tools
  • C1 relevant language
  • Ability to identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix
  • Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
