Role:

We're looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on rack & stack experience, and basic Python scripting ability to support automation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• L2 support for switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, WAN & IPSEC
• Rack & stack, structured cabling, fiber patching, Ethernet cable crimping
• Monitor & respond to network alerts (CPU, bandwidth, flaps, packet loss)
• Perform config changes, firmware upgrads & device health checks
• Use basic Python scripts for automation, log parsing & simple reports
• Maintain network diagrams, port maps & documentation
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident/Change/Problem

Skills & Qualifications:

• 24 years of network support experience
• Good knowledge of switching, routing fundamentals & IPSEC
• Hands-on with cabling, rack installations & data center work
• Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
• CCNA or similar certification preferred
• Location: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable)
