Role DescriptionThe L2 Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing second-level desktop support. Key tasks include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and printer issues, as well as supporting end-users with technical problems and managing computer hardware setups and configurations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar. The candidate will play an integral part in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of IT systems within the organization.
