Description

We are seeking a dedicated L1 Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
