Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in L1/L2 technical support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA adherence.
  • Proficiency in using the ServiceNow ticketing tool or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SAP/ERP systems and their navigation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, or SAP/ERP support are advantageous.
