Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L1/L2 technical support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA adherence.
- Proficiency in using the ServiceNow ticketing tool or similar ITSM platforms.
- Basic understanding of SAP/ERP systems and their navigation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, or SAP/ERP support are advantageous.
