L1 Network Support Engineer
Onsite at Mahadevapura Village, KR Puram Hobli, Bengaluru, KA
3 days Onsite, 2 days remote with 2 rotational days off.
Shifts:
- Morning - 6 am - 3 pm IST
- Noon - 2 am - 11 pm IST
- Night - 10 pm - 7 am IST
- Primary focus:Switching (routing also needed, but switching is the emphasis)
- Key requirements:
- Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise switching
- Ability to troubleshoot and interpret logs (read logs to determine what's happening)
- Experience with Aruba wireless
- Environment: Ticket-driven operations
- Support coverage: 24/7/365
- Shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning/afternoon /night)
- Rotation is mandatory; candidates cannot select shifts
