About Our Founders:

About the Role:
This role has been created to set up people for success, catering to the growing training and development needs of an early-stage startup - from the leadership level to the individual team contributors. We do this by securing and retaining strategic skills, advancing our culture through learning, and by raising the bar on performance.
What Youâll Do
- Leverage the instructional design process for creating learning materials, including curriculum development, content creation, and assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and develop innovative and interactive instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and instructor-led training materials.
- Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and industry best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary revisions and improvements as needed
- Facilitate engaging and dynamic training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to effectively deliver learning programs to diverse audiences.
- Take the ownership of âindividual contributorsâ employee persona, design and facilitate relevant programs for addressing behavioral learning needs in this level
- Maintain close relationships with the Executive team to collaborate with them effectively to help the business functions optimize and leverage the learning interventions/opportunities.
- Build and develop relationships with all partners, communicating updates and program information on a regular basis and craft the most effective training strategy and interventions to support behavioral training needs.
- Inculcate the culture of self-paced learning in the organization and drive e-learning programs on a regular and creative basis to ensure optimal usage.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in any Humanities stream. Preference will be given to Psychology and Mass Media backgrounds.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in working as an L&D professional - with experience/exposure in content development and facilitation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, professional and compelling content.
- Capable of high ownership, accountability and the ability to execute well.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to solve for changing business needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from office 5 days a week in our Bangalore location.
