Qualification : Any Graduate (Mandatory) and / or MBA (Preferred)
Experience :
7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong exposure to behavioural and leadership training, instructional design, and training delivery.
Hands-on experience with LMS platform (SAP LMS preferred) and content authoring tools (Articulate 360 or equivalent).
Location: Head Office, Kolkata
Number of Reportees: Individual Contributor role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Behavioural & Leadership Training Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle for behavioural and leadership development programs, including Training Needs Identification (TNI), design, delivery, evaluation, and post-training effectiveness assessment.
2.Learning Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Business, HR, Zonal, and Regional stakeholders to design, implement, and review behavioural and leadership learning interventions.
- Drive learner engagement through structured learning journeys, blended learning approaches, and communication strategies.
3.Learning Content Design & Development
- Identify behavioural and leadership competency gaps and design relevant learning content and interventions.
- Develop engaging learning assets such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, and microlearning content.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external vendors to ensure high- quality content aligned with organizational needs.
4.Digital Learning & LMS Management
- Manage and administer Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP LMS) for program deployment, tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Design and develop digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Vyond, or similar platforms.
- Support the adoption of technology-enabled learning solutions to enhance learning reach and effectiveness.
5.Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate behavioural and leadership training programs (classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats).
- Ensure adherence to the training calendar and quality standards for all learning interventions.
