About Us

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement HR modules including ATS (application tracking system) and LMS (learning management system).
  • Define HRIS module structures, configurations, and system integrations.
  • Conduct evaluation of platforms

Automation Enablement

  • Design BOT-based automation solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Review automation readiness and provide GoLive signoffs.

HRIS Evaluation & Governance

  • Map current and future HR processes for system alignment.
  • Assess HRIS platforms and support selection decisions.
  • Ensure completion of governance and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate license procurement and initiate approved HRIS projects.

Change Request Management

  • Review system change requests and provide preliminary configuration approvals.

Risk Management

  • Conduct quarterly risk reviews and prepare governance reports.

Issue Resolution & Sustenance

  • Oversee resolution of issues in live HRIS modules.
  • Ensure system stability and ongoing sustainability post GoLive.

Global Impact & Release Management

  • Assess global SAP product updates and their impact.
  • Drive impact analysis, readiness, deployment, and adoption of new releases and enhancements.

Requirements

Experience & Qualification

  • MBA (mandatory), preferably in HR, Systems, Operations, or equivalent
  • Strong project management experience in HRIS environments
  • Handson experience with SuccessFactors (SF) implementation, enhancements, or sustenance or DarwinBox
  • Require 8 years of minimum relevant experience
