Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to support the Learning & Development function. The role involves coordinating training programs, managing learning data, supporting junior-level training initiatives, and assisting with LMS and e-learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end training programs including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
- Maintain and manage training data, MIS, and reporting dashboards
- Support junior-level content creation for training programs and learning materials
- Assist in training needs analysis at a junior level
- Deliver junior-level training programs as assigned
- Provide support for LMS administration and e-learning platforms
- Handle communication, documentation, and administrative support related to L&D activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and trainers to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good data management and reporting abilities
- Basic understanding of training methodologies and L&D processes
- Experience with LMS and e-learning tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in L&D or Training (preferred but not mandatory)
