Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to support the Learning & Development function. The role involves coordinating training programs, managing learning data, supporting junior-level training initiatives, and assisting with LMS and e-learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end training programs including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
  • Maintain and manage training data, MIS, and reporting dashboards
  • Support junior-level content creation for training programs and learning materials
  • Assist in training needs analysis at a junior level
  • Deliver junior-level training programs as assigned
  • Provide support for LMS administration and e-learning platforms
  • Handle communication, documentation, and administrative support related to L&D activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and trainers to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good data management and reporting abilities
  • Basic understanding of training methodologies and L&D processes
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in L&D or Training (preferred but not mandatory)
